Miguel's Jr. Restaurant was founded in 1975 in Corona, CA by Mike and Mary Vasquez. A local legend for more than 45 years, Miguel's Jr. has been welcoming guests with their fresh, homestyle Mexican food inspired by recipes from Mary's childhood growing up in Central Mexico.
